Please note, if a package is damaged in transit, it is an issue for the shipping company to handle. We are not responsible for damaged packaging or product that occurs to the product after it leaves our possession. However, if a product is not produced to our high standard (manufacturing defects), please contact us upon opening the shipping package. We will replace any product with manufactured defects.
